Basic Qualifications: Associate’s degree and at least two years of relevant experience. Additional relevant experience may be used in lieu of degree. Experience working with Federal Acquisition Regulations and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations for the accountability of Government Property and the Unique Item Identifier program. Strong communication skills (written and oral). Must possess or be able to obtain a DoD Secret security clearance. Preferred Qualifications: Certified through the National Property Management Association as a CPPS. Operational understanding of applicable FAR/DFARS and DOD (DODI) directives pertaining to the management of Government property in the possession of contractors. Working knowledge of UID/UII requirements and ability to adhere to FAR/DFARS and MDA DODi requirements and contract provisions. Understanding of MDA initiatives, Enterprise operations and DLA Disposal Services methods. Familiarity of DTID, DLIS Forms and xxxx-* a plus.
