I have one bedroom for rent in my 2 bedroom/2.5 bath townhome. You would have your own bedroom, bathroom, and walk-in closet. We would share the common areas. The unit is completely furnished and does have a washer and dryer. You can use the bedroom set that is currently in the room (with an additional deposit) or I can remove it and you can use your own. There is a fully furnished dining room, kitchen, and living room. There is also a 2 car garage and depending on your vehicle, you could utilize the garage. I am part of a housing community. So, you would have access to the pool, weight room, club house, tennis courts, etc. I'm open to a month by month lease or a 6 month lease. Your rent would include cable, Internet, security system. We would split the utilities which is anywhere from $80+. This month it was $78 and some change! Also, that map is not correct. The townhome is in Madison and I can give you the address once interest is made.
